The delivery time for your Carthago motorhome depends on the model, specification and your individual requirements. Vehicles that are already available at our depot can usually be prepared for delivery at short notice, within a few working days. For new orders, the lead time depends on the manufacturer’s production capacity at the time and the desired configuration. By making targeted use of available ‘production slots’, many orders can be efficiently scheduled and completed. It should be borne in mind that the chassis and bodywork may have different production times, and the overall process is structured accordingly. Any additional equipment requests or technical modifications should be planned as early as possible, as changes can only be made up to a certain point in the production process. This ensures that your vehicle meets your expectations exactly. From the initial consultation right through to final handover, we guide you systematically through the entire process and coordinate every step reliably – so that your new motorhome can be delivered on time and without a hitch.
Niesmann Caravaning initially provides you with the standard manufacturer’s warranties for your motorhome. These cover different areas and time periods depending on the component, and ensure basic protection from the factory. In addition, Niesmann Caravaning offers you the option of taking out an extended warranty for a fee. This extends the warranty cover beyond the original manufacturer’s warranty period, thereby offering you additional peace of mind and planning flexibility – even after the standard warranty has expired.
