Two weight options for greater flexibility
The Carthago C2-Tourer is available in two weight categories: 3.5 t for maximum flexibility and a Category B driving licence, or 4.2 t for greater payload and comfort. The 3.5-tonne version is particularly unique, as a fully integrated motorhome in this class is rare. This means everyone can choose exactly the model that suits their travels.
- C2-tourer lightweight 3.5 t: Innovative lightweight construction meets Carthago’s premium DNA. Thanks to the AL-KO ‘Carthago Spezial Light’ low-profile chassis, the lightweight version not only saves weight but also impresses with its all-round comfortable fittings.
- C2-tourer komfort 4.2 t: More payload, more comfort. With an enormous payload reserve, a double floor made from high-quality RTM sandwich material and maximum living comfort, the C2-tourer komfort is a real winner.

The Carthago C2-Tourer is particularly well suited to discerning motorhome owners who value the highest levels of comfort and high-quality fittings in a fully integrated vehicle – whilst wanting the option to choose between two weight classes depending on their needs. The 3.5-tonne models are ideal for anyone who wants to drive with an EU Category B driving licence without compromising on comfort. At the same time, the 4.2-tonne variants, with their higher payload and maximum living comfort, offer plenty of scope for extensive fittings and luggage. All in all, the C2-tourer is perfect for people planning both comfortable trips for two or with the family, as well as long tours with a full range of motorhome facilities.
With the C2-tourer, you can choose between two weight categories. The version up to 3.5 t can be driven with a Category B driving licence. The C2-tourer komfort version, on the other hand, has a technically permissible maximum mass of up to 4.2 t, meaning that a Category C1 driving licence is required to drive it.
