For the semi-integrated Sunlight T models, you will generally need a Category B driving licence. This is sufficient provided that the motorhome in question does not exceed a maximum authorised mass of 3,500 kg. The models in the Sunlight T series are specifically designed to stay within the 3.5-tonne segment, meaning that the vast majority of drivers can drive them without any problems using a standard car driving licence. Should a vehicle exceed this weight due to additional equipment, special fittings or a deliberate increase in load, a Class C1 driving licence may be required. This applies to vehicles with a maximum authorised mass of between 3,500 kg and 7,500 kg.
