FAQ Concorde motorhomes
At our dealership, you can view the entire Concorde product range at any time – from Credo, Carver, Cruiser Daily and Cruiser Atego to Charisma, Liner Atego and Liner Actros to Centurion Actros. Various models from almost all series are also available as display vehicles. This means we offer the largest permanent Concorde exhibition of any dealer – with even more choice than at trade fairs or directly at the factory.
Of course, our brand consultants and our vehicles are available for accompanied test drives by arrangement. Test drives are an immensely important aspect of the decision to purchase a vehicle, and this offer should therefore be taken advantage of in every case.
The delivery time depends on several factors. Vehicles that we have in stock at our yard can usually be delivered within approximately 10 working days. However, for special requests such as retrofits and additions or stress-free registration, we recommend a slightly longer lead time. For new orders, delivery times vary depending on the model and equipment. We utilise free production capacity (‘construction sites’) at the manufacturer in order to be able to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. On average, the chassis lead time is up to 6 months, while interior fittings and technology take around 4.5 months. Some technical changes are still possible up to 3 months before delivery.
We accompany our customers from the initial consultation to handover in a clearly structured process chain in order to reliably coordinate deadlines and special requests.
New vehicles from Concorde come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of first registration. For used vehicles, we offer a 1-year warranty so that our customers can enjoy peace of mind on the road. For motorhomes with a gross vehicle weight of up to 7.49 tonnes, it is also possible to extend the warranty to up to 36 months through a specialist insurer – please feel free to contact us for more information!
