FAQ: Concorde Motorhomes
At our site, you can view the entire Concorde product range at any time – from the Credo, Carver, Cruiser Daily and Cruiser Atego, through the Charisma, Liner Atego and Liner Actros, right up to the Centurion Actros. In addition, various models from almost every series are available as display vehicles. This makes ours the largest permanent Concorde exhibition at a dealership – with even more choice than at trade fairs or directly at the factory.
Of course, our brand consultants and our vehicles are available for guided test drives by appointment. Test drives are an extremely important factor in the decision to purchase a vehicle, so we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
Delivery times depend on several factors. Vehicles we have in stock at our facility can usually be delivered within about 10 business days. However, for special requests such as retrofits and additions, or for a stress-free registration process, we recommend allowing a slightly longer lead time. For new orders, delivery times vary depending on the model and equipment. We utilize available production capacity (“production slots”) at the manufacturer to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. On average, the chassis lead time is up to 6 months, while interior fittings and technical systems take around 4.5 months. Some technical modifications can still be made up to 3 months before delivery.
We guide our customers through a clearly structured process chain from the initial consultation to handover to reliably coordinate deadlines and special requests.
New vehicles from Concorde come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty starting from the date of initial registration. For used vehicles, we offer a 1-year warranty so our customers can travel with peace of mind. For motorhomes with a gross vehicle weight of up to 7.49 tons and above, an extended warranty of up to 36 months is also available through a specialized insurer—please feel free to ask us about this!
We have about 10 sales consultants on staff who are all well-versed in the products and brands of all the vehicles we offer. Specifically for Concorde, we have three brand experts available at all times who know the models and model lines inside and out. We operate Germany’s largest rental fleet of luxury motorhomes. In partnership with the ADAC, we offer a wide variety of floor plans for vacation rentals as well as long-term rentals (including, for example, during the racing season). By the way: At the end of each rental season, typically in October of each year, we offer our young used vehicles—which come with a comprehensive warranty—for sale. The advantage is that you benefit from extensive optional equipment at a low price, predictable availability, and the assurance that the vehicle has successfully passed its initial tests.
